Software Support Service

Along with providing accounting software, KMS is also providing software support service to the users of Million and AutoCount Business System. Our support staff are equipped with substantial experience in using above accounting software and sufficient technical knowledge to responsively troubleshoot problems and assist our customers to operate the accounting software smoothly.

Our software support service is provided under:
> Annual support subscription - Unlimited phone/online support during the period. Fee is based on the number of users and modules acquired.
> Ad Hoc support - Minimum fee applied and extra charge for time-consuming troubleshooting.

Million Accounting Latest Upgrade
